1.3 In the event that you receive a defective product, we offer the option of repair or replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of the original delivery and provide us with photographs of the defect before returning the item.

2. No Money Back Guarantee

2.1 Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not provide any form of money back guarantee. Our policy is not to offer returns or refunds, particularly for cases where customers simply change their minds. However, there may be special circumstances in which our suppliers agree to accept the return of a device for a refund. Such cases are subject to stringent conditions and require prior approval. 3. Returns

3.1 Returns are solely at the discretion of us or the distributor and are subject to approval.

3.2 If a return is accepted, to initiate a return, the customer must email us with a detailed explanation and wait for approval before returning the unwanted product.

3.3 The returned product must be in brand-new condition, including all original packaging.

3.4 Products must be returned within 10 days of the original dispatch date.

3.5 Please note that a mandatory minimum 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Other fees like transaction and freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.

3.6 The restocking fee may increase if products are returned with marks, damage, or missing parts.

3.7 Any approved refunds will be processed after the product has been returned, inspected, and paid on the 20th of the following month.

Shipping Policy

13.2 While we strive to keep our inventory well stocked, in the event that we are out of stock, there may be a delay of approximately 2 weeks. We will contact you if we are waiting for an overseas shipment.

13.3 Please note that we aim to reduce waste by reusing packaging materials.

13.4 We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address provided by the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please be aware that courier companies may have limited liability coverage, such as a maximum of $2,000 (or as specified by the carrier) for lost or damaged packages. We do not take responsibility for any shipment delays caused by our carriers. No refunds or exchanges for shipping costs will be provided in such cases.
