Returns Policy:

 

PLEASE NOTE: Our products are a specialist item and therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. If we chose to accept a return then please see below:

 

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 Returns are solely at the discretion of Brilin Ltd or the distributor and are subject to approval.

1.2 To initiate a return, the customer must email us at [ accounts@brilin.co.nz ] with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Please wait for approval before returning the unwanted product.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 The returned product must be in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2.2 Products must be returned within 10 days of the original dispatch date.

2.3 Please ensure that all included accessories, manuals, and promotional materials are returned along with the product.

3. Return Process

3.1 If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3.2 Please pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if available.

3.3 It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by Brilin Ltd.

4. Restocking Fee and Other Deductions

4.1 Please note that a mandatory minimum 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned product.

4.2 In addition to the restocking fee, other deductions may apply. These deductions may include transaction fees, freight costs incurred during the initial shipment, or any other applicable fees.

4.3 The restocking fee may increase if products are returned with marks, damage, or missing parts that affect their resale value.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the refund.

5.2 Approved refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.3 Refunds will be processed on the 20th of the following month after the product has been returned and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1 Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items include, but are not limited to, consumable products, personal care items, and opened or used products.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

7.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide us with detailed information and photographs of the damage or defect.

7.2 We will assess the situation and provide you with instructions for returning the product or resolving the issue.
